She wrote: 'Hi everyone just wanted to let you all know I'm finally home and on the mend.

Meanwhile Jeremy, 26 - who has denied being the father of her unborn child - also took to social media to delete all negative comments about his ex.

Whilst Stephanie did not reveal what exactly was her mystery illness, a spokesperson for the star told OK! Online at the time: ‘Stephanie Davis has been subject to a number of rumours online the last few days regarding her pregnancy.
We can confirm Stephanie has been in hospital since Wednesday 2nd November due to an illness and is currently undergoing further tests.
‘We would like to confirm that Stephanie has not given birth and her unborn baby boy is doing well.’
