Despite winning over legions of admirers with her stunning beauty and enviably voluptuous figure, Lateysha Grace has never been quite satisfied with her looks.
And now the former Big Brother star has revealed that she recently travelled back to Turkey to get even more cosmetic surgery as part of her plan to look 'perfect'.
Documenting her entire journey in a newly-released vlog on YouTube, the 23-year-old bares all as she undergoes fat removal surgery and has her implants removed.

And, as she revealed her laundry list of past procedures and future plans, Lateysha said: 'I just hate looking ugly. I can't wait to be pretty.'

After revealing that it would be her third fat transfer surgery, the Welsh stunner admitted on camera: 'I'm feeling really nervous right now. But excited at the same time, because I believe that [my surgeon] is gonna do a really good job on me.'
During the 17-minute recording, Lateysha is seen stripping down to just her underwear as her surgeon marks out all of her purported problem areas.
And things appeared to take a dramatic turn during surgery, as once she was wheeled out of the operating theatre she revealed that one of her breast implants was found to have a rupture - even though she'd had them done four months prior.

She appeared to fight back tears - and called for filming to be briefly halted - as she stated that she 'could have died' had she not taken them out.
After staying in a luxury house in the coastal city of Izmir, she was ready to head home to the UK - but admitted that the journey home came with potential issues.
She said: 'I'm really embarrassed about leaving today, because everyone's gonna stare at me at the airport and think, "Why does she look like a mummy?" It's something you've got to deal with...

'But the overall experience has been really good. I'm happy with my surgery.... My body wasn't that bad before and now I've had more work done it's gonna be good...'
Heading home with a swollen face and body, the TV personality appeared to be thrilled with her choice to go back under the knife.
But she also took time out to stress that her documentation of the experience was in no way an attempt to encourage her fans to follow suit.

'Me recording this and showing my journey, I'm not doing it so people just want surgery after. I'm doing it just show what it's like and share my experience with everyone. I'm out here telling people to get surgery.
'Obviously, if something is making you severely depressed and you wanna change something about yourself, then do it.
'But don't just go and have surgery because I've just gone and done it. I'm not a role model. I just wanted to show my journey.'
