Stephanie Sheppard shared never-seen-before photos of Kim Kardashian on Wednesday. The images were taken during a vacation in Thailand.
And the next day the personal assistant was at it again as she posted new behind-the-scenes photos from the 36-year-old's nude desert shoot on kimkardashianwest.com.
One of the images showed Mrs Kanye West's naked back. But the best part of the post was the text, where Sheppard described oiling down the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star and then, later, feasting on In-N-Out burgers.

In a post titled Kim’s Never-Before-Seen Desert Shoot BTS Stephanie wrote: 'For this photo shoot, I snuck Kim out of her house in my little car at the time and drove to the desert a couple hours away to meet with photographer Kesler Tran.
'We ended up in the middle of nowhere in the desert. Luckily, Kim managed to go undetected and had this incredible photo shoot with Kesler! We were there the entire day.'
Stephanie then revealed how uninhibited the reality star is. 'Kim just literally dropped her robe and was completely naked in broad daylight and looked amazing!!!'
Steph was a crew member that day: 'I got to paint the white paint all over her body and oil her up which I know is probably a much desired task, LOL,' she joked
Stephanie then added more details.

'It was just a really fun shoot, and on the way home we were hungry again so we stopped to get In-N-Out.'
The beauty then finished with: 'I'll always remember this day because I really saw how fun and fearless Kim was.'

The day prior Sheppard shared an image of Kim in a blue bathing suit while on a speedboat in Thailand.
It was not stated when the image was taken.
Friends and family have been filling in for Kim on her website as she continues to recover from her October 3 Paris robbery.

In the bathing suit photos, Kim had her arms way up in the air, holding a scarf.
And because the photo was taken from the side, her famous bottom could be spied.
In another shot, Kim is seen looking innocent in a white long dress as she sits by a tiled wall.

Stephanie also shared about a dozen other photos, most of them with Kim posing and pouting like a pro.
Sheppard wrote: 'Going to Thailand is such a special memory for me, because it was the first time I went on vacation with Kim and her family.
'It was also where Kim shot her first Selfish book cover!
'We had the best time on this trip, so I wanted to share some never before seen polaroids I took while we were there!'

The only time Kim has been seen out in public is when she hit Kanye's LA concerts and also when she picked up frozen yogurt with best friend and KUWTK guest star Jonathan Cheban in Beverly Hills.
Even her October birthday was low key.
A source told People magazine: 'Kim had a quiet birthday celebration with Kanye, their kids, her sisters and Kris.
'It was Kim's choice to not have a big celebration. She seemed very happy with her.'

The beauty has also been spending as much time as she can with her two children North, aged three, and Saint, 10 months.
Her sister Kourtney Kardashian previously revealed Kim is relying heavily on her family to get her through the tough time.
She shared: 'She's not doing great. I think we're all really still shaken up and I just - you know.'
'I think she has a big supportive family and I know that all the traumatic things that we've been through, we get through them together as a family.'
