She shed an impressive two stone in seven months after upping her fitness regime and sticking to a healthy diet.
And Frankie Essex proudly showed off her newly-trim figure in a sizzling mesh bikini as she indulged in a spot of paddleboarding in Mykonos, Greece, on Monday.
The former TOWIE star, 29, flaunted her incredible abs and ample cleavage in the plunging wrap-style top as she larked around in the crystal clear waters.

The blonde bombshell showed off her slim waist in the top, which featured a flattering wraparound style.
Teamed with simple high-cut briefs, the Essex beauty displayed her gym-honed thighs during the well-deserved break.

With her wet blonde hair worn swept off her face in tousled curls, Frankie looked every inch the beach babe.
Boasting a golden all-over tan, she appeared to go make-up free as she frolicked in the water.

It comes as Frankie confessed that her battle with her body made her scared to leave the house for over a year.
The former TOWIE star was driven to depression before getting her weight under control, she told MailOnline in an exclusive chat this week.
Just ahead of her fitness DVD release, the reality star has been hitting the gym hard, preparing for a one-off ITVBe comeback.
She said: 'I've had a year and a half of being sad and depressed and not even wanting to leave the house at times, so I'm definitely not complaining about being busy.
'I just want to make everyone feel good like I do now,' she said, about sharing her fitness tips in new DVD, Frankie Essex Weight Loss Workouts.
Frankie continued: 'Burning calories and getting a sweat on, it just releases the endorphins and it makes you feel better.'

The reality star had to overcome the fear of being judged when she first rejoined a gym and embarked on her weight loss journey.
'Sometimes I think the gym's a bit scary,' she said. 'I didn't go for ages, it's a bit intimidating. Especially being on TV, I felt like everyone was looking at me anyway, and I was bigger and I felt fat.
'Now I talk to all the men about their regimes and we all kind of copy each other's routines.
'They've been so impressed with my core strength - I have a really strong core and I didn't even realise.
'I've been planking with a 15kg weight on my back for two minutes at a time, and no-one could believe how easy I was finding it.'

She added: 'I want to show everyone that being sad is all in your head and you need to believe in yourself and that you can do it.'
The reality star - who is the older sister of TV personality Joey Essex - previously blamed a bad boyfriend for 'the worst year of her life' in which she contemplated suicide.
Joey and Frankie lost their mother to suicide during their teenage years and Frankie said she feared she might 'fall into the same whole'.
The blonde left her boyfriend, John Lyons, after a reported 'violent bust-up' and moved out of their shared home.

She described her boyfriend as a 'feeder' at the time and her weight ballooned to 12st 8lbs when she turned to food in the wake of the split.
'I'm just not ready,' Frankie said, on the thought of dating again. 'I'm too happy on my own.
'I feel like I'm in one of the best positions I've ever been in, in my life. I've finally done something on my own. No-one else made me go to the gym - I've finally focussed on me.
'I've always put all of my energy into helping other people and not enough on myself. I've realised that friends-wise, no-one ever used to help me back, so I've let them go.'

That said, Frankie is excited to welcome some old friends back into her life, after reuniting with the cast of TOWIE on the current season finale.
She said: 'It was so amazing to see everyone, I felt like I was going back in time.'
'Just to see myself on TV again will be weird. I'm scared, I'm nervous, I'm excited. My family are all really proud.
'Maybe that will show me how much weight I've lost, seeing yourself in a picture compared to action will feel weird. I've never really thought about it before now.'
Frankie is so slim now that she has begun to share clothes with her famously-slim cousin Chloe Sims, again.
'I never thought I'd be able to trade clothes with Chloe again. I used to wear them years ago, when I was younger but now, it's so much fun. We can recycle together - if the Kardashians can do it, so can we.'
But some of her old TOWIE pals have called on her for post-baby body tips, since their lives have taken a different turn in recent months.
Original TOWIE castmember Amy Childs announced her pregnancy last month, after rekindling the flame with jailbird boyfriend Bradley Wright.
Frankie said: 'Amy is so excited but she says to me, "As soon as I have the baby, I'm going to buy your DVD.'
