She's never been known for her classic and demure behaviour.
So perhaps it was no surprise to see Madonna, 58, getting rather hands on with her photographer pal Mert Alas on Thursday night.
The trendy snapper jokingly placed his hand at the top of the Material Girl's thigh and she later repeated the action herself.

The singer stood out in a rather eye-catching ensemble as she celebrated Creative Director Edward Enninful's OBE on Thursday night.
The Material Girl sported a leather cap adorned with pearls and a matching leather jacket with strings of pearls sprouting out of the shoulders.
She teamed her jacket with a typically revealing black floral lace top which gave onlookers an eyeful of her white bra.

Meanwhile, Edward called receiving an OBE from the Princess Royal an 'amazing feeling' and said his dream cover shoot would be with real, not fashion, royalty.
He was named on the Queen's birthday honours list for services to diversity in the fashion industry.
After receiving his medal, he told the Press Association that challenging convention was something that came naturally and he believed it was 'the way forward' for the industry.

'We've come such a long way together, since we were teenagers. We've come from very humble beginnings, and here we are.'

Supportive: Naomi looked happy to take a backseat and let her friends enjoy their moment
Appropriately, he also said first word of the honour came around the same time he was imagining pop icon Rihanna as a futuristic, bejewelled queen for the publication's 2016 September cover.
He said: 'Rihanna's the queen of music, so (I thought) why don't we do her in the style of the Queen of England. So the Queen played a very important part.'
He revealed his 'ultimate dream' would be to continue the royal theme by snaring a photo shoot with the Duchess of Cambridge.
