That's exactly what you'll see when you find Kate stepping off the airplane in a chic blue Jenny Packham sheath dress, coordinating fascinator, and neutral pumps — and again when the duchess hit the ground on day two of her current royal tour, arriving by sea plane at the Vancouver Harbor. For her third day in Canada, Kate debuted a modest button-front dress by Dolce & Gabbana, following a brand-new cocktail midi by Preen.

For a reception at the Government House, Kate chose a sophisticated Preen midi that gave usflashbacks to Princess Diana. She finished her outfit with Gianvito Rossi pumps, a box clutch, and Soru Baroque pearl drop earrings.
